The ability to discuss
When the Media informs us about workplace harassment cases, it creates moments of awareness. By sharing this information via our social media network we increase the audience, and have a positive effect on awareness and education. More important, we want to empower every employee and workplace participants with the experience we share to recognize its importance.
All proceedings about (sexual) workplace harassment must be fair and transparent. Via our section Opinion we hope to share that view with you. Companies that don’t train their staff in preventing sexual harassment are subject to lawsuits and other liabilities. How and by whom are we protected from workplace harassment? "It’s important for the teachers to deal with this issue here at college so our students know how to react and how to deal with this issue accordingly. During the workshop Karin Bosman dealt with the subject of sexual intimidation at work, she shared her own experience and explained how this event changed her life.
