The ability to discuss

Media

Media

When the Media informs us about workplace harassment cases, it creates moments of awareness. By sharing this information, we increase the audience and this has a positive effect on awareness and education. More important, we want to empower every workplace participant (student, athlete, employee) with the experiences we share to recognize its importance.

Opinion

Opinion

All proceedings about (sexual) workplace harassment must be fair and transparent. Via our section Opinion we hope to share that view with you. We welcome your opinion as long as it contributes to our objectives: awareness and education. Content for Opinion can be delivered to info@aboutworkplaceharassment.com completed with name and company.

Law

Law

Companies that don’t train their staff in preventing unwanted behavior like sexual harassment are subject to lawsuits and other liabilities. How and by whom are we protected from workplace harassment? Learn more about why most of the time companies are condemned for an act of failure, of duty or of care, while  offenders get away scot-free.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

"It’s important for the teachers to deal with this issue here at college so our students know how to react and how to deal with this issue accordingly. During the workshop Karin Bosman dealt with the subject of sexual intimidation at work, she shared her own experience and explained how this event changed her life. At the end of her presentation there was a moment for a Q&A and a discussion on this theme. IPA is very grateful to Karin for sharing her story."
